Our favorite spots for a weekend in Knoxville, TN

I recently went to Knoxville, TN for a girls weekend, and let me tell you, Knoxville is wayyy more than football ladies! (GO VOLS!) There are so many cute photo locations, boutique shops, restaurants, and airBnB's you will never want to leave.

I saw plenty of chain hotels, but if you are going to be spending your time downtown or near campus you need to check out renting a loft. Our loft was in there Sterchi building in Old City (part of downtown), and it was a perfect location. We had the trendy vibes we were looking for with a girl's weekend, while being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

There are SOOOO many places to shoot some killer content for social media pictures. Here are a few of my favorites, but the whole downtown area is filled with options. These locations are all super convenient (right outside of Market Square).

(shout out to my girl Dolly!) Scroll 👉🏼 through these to find her graffiti wall 🙌🏼

The awesome local restaurants are never ending, who doesn't travel to eat???

Our favorites just covered over a one and a half day trip:

  • The plaid Apron (Brunch)

  • Stock and Barrel (Lunch & Dinner)

  • Cafe 4 (Dinner)

The top 3 local recommended bars:

  • The Library (speak easy style)

  • The Hyatt Place Rooftop bar (fun casual hang out & $$$ drinks)

  • Hannah's Cafe (casual, cheap, and dancing) our fave!! 🙌🏼

Cafe 4 - roasted chicken & pecan salmon are bomb!
