The Recipe for this delicious treat is a fairly loose one. I was scraping the bottom of the containers for these, but made it work. Moral of the story, make what you have work!
Ingredients:
1 cup + 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter you have)
1/2 cup of oat flour (we will cover how to make this)
4 tbsp honey or maple syrup (give or take on this one depending on how sweet you want)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Sea salt (optional)
Directions:
make oat flour - put your rolled oats into a blender until fine, then measure out
in a medium bowl mix oat flour, peanut butter, and honey
spread evenly on wax paper to desired thickness and place in freezer
melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
spread evenly over peanut butter layer, sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and place back in freezer until firm
cut or break off into desired serving sizes
store in airtight container in the freezer or fridge
